WHY DIGITIZE THE DATA

By digitizing the data using document imaging, an exact scan of ever original document is stored online (like a very clear photocopy), in addition to making the information searchable and easily retrieved. That way, when you find the information you need, you can print, fax or email the entire page it came from. Files are scanned and a digital image of each page is stored on a CD-ROM, Web site, your hard disk drive or network server. Electronic "index cards" can attach information to a document such as date, client name, reference number or even the actual text of the document. Files can still be viewed, printed, shared and stored.

Duration: 28-30 days
Duration of Contract: 12 months, Applicable at the time of registration. (12 slots)
Enrollment Charge: Rs 8600/- (refundable)

Report will be sent within 20-30 working days.
After receiving the accuracy report, payment will be done within 5-7 working days.
If your accuracy is satisfactory job will be placed on (15th to 18th or 28th to 30th) of every month which is nearest.

100.0% - 98.1% = 7000.00
98.0% - 96.1% = 5500.00
96.0% - 93.1% = 4000.00
93.0% - 90.1% = 3000.00
90.0% - 86.1% = 2500.00
86.0% - 82.1% = 2000.00
82.0% - 78.1% = 1500.00
78.0% - 75.1% = 1000.00
Below 75% = No payment

*Refund of Rs 8600.00, if achieved the accuracy of 96.1% - 100% for any 5 times in which any two time should be 98.1% - 100%.

Termination:

1. If any 2 times work has been rejected or non-submission of the work
2. If any 3 times you are not achieved the minimum accuracy.
3. Duplication of data found in any pages.
4. Any conversion software used.
5. Any image found in any pages.

Project - II
Nature of work: GIF/Other formate to DOC
Data: 200-220 pages (gif, other formated to doc)
Duration: 18-20 days
Duration of Contract: 06 months, Applicable at the time of registration. (06 slots)
Enrollment Charge: Rs 6000/-

Report will be sent within 20-30 working days.
After receiving the accuracy report, payment will be done within 5-7 working days.
If your accuracy is satisfactory job will be placed on (5th to 10th or 20th to 25th) of every month which is nearest.
